Courses – League of American Bicyclists League
Cycling Instructors (LCIs) offer courses to suit the needs of any
cyclist. Certified, insured and equipped to teach anything from basic
skills to college level courses, LCIs are the experts in bicycle
education and safety. All participants must wear a helmet.
Road 1 Sunday, May 4, Pedal the Planet
Bike Shop, Richmond Road, 1-5pm, $25 This
course will cover beginner bicycle safety, mechanics, commuting tips

riding your bike to work? Learn what you need to know to bike safely
including bike choice, route selection, cargo, clothing and foul
weather riding. A short ride of 20 minutes will be included for the
